Terms of Sale

These terms apply when you buy The A–Z HealthTech Career Guide (the "Guide") or The Guide + Call from Prema Ventures Ltd ("we", "us"), which runs HealthTech Guide. By buying, you agree to them. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.

1. What you are buying

• The Guide: a 105-page PDF, readable on any device with a PDF reader.
• The Guide + Call: the Guide plus one 60-minute 1:1 video call with Yath Prem to build your personal action plan (an "Action Plan Call").

Checkout is provided by Payhip and payments are processed by Stripe. The price you pay is shown at checkout, including any tax. Our contract with you starts when Payhip emails your order confirmation. You must be 18 or over to buy.

2. Delivery

Payhip emails you a download link straight away. Please save a copy. If you lose it, email us and we will send it again for at least 3 years after your purchase.

3. Action Plan Calls

• Booking: use the booking link inside the Guide. You must book and attend your call within 12 months of purchase. We will remind you before this period ends.
• Rescheduling: you can reschedule once, free of charge, with at least 24 hours' notice.
• Missed calls: if you do not join within 15 minutes of the start time without telling us, we will offer you one replacement booking. If you miss that too, the call will be treated as delivered.
• If we need to cancel: we will offer new times. If we cannot find a suitable time, we will refund you in full.
• Calls are not recorded. Please do not share patient information or your employer's confidential information.

4. Cancellation and refunds

No refunds for change of mind. We do not offer refunds if you change your mind, except where the law requires it, as set out below.

The Guide. Because the Guide is delivered instantly, at checkout you agree to immediate access and acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right to cancel once the download is available. After that, the Guide cannot be cancelled or refunded.

The Action Plan Call. By law, you can cancel the call within 14 days after your order is confirmed, as long as it has not taken place, and we will refund £80. You keep the Guide. After 14 days, or once your call has taken place, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.

If something goes wrong. If the Guide is faulty (for example, the file will not open), we will fix or replace it, and if we cannot, refund you. If your call is not delivered with reasonable care and skill, we will put it right or give you some money back.

How to cancel or claim a refund. Email hello@yathprem.com with your name and order details. Refunds are made to your original payment method within 14 days.

5. Using the Guide

The Guide is for your personal use. You may not share, copy, resell or publish it, upload it to file-sharing sites or AI tools, or use it to train AI models. Short quotes for review or comment are fine with credit.

6. Our content

The Guide and calls give general career guidance based on Yath Prem's experience. They are not legal, financial, tax, immigration, regulatory or medical advice, and we cannot guarantee any job or outcome. Please see our Disclaimer.

7. Our responsibility

We are responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or not using reasonable care and skill. We do not exclude liability where it would be unlawful to do so. We are not responsible for business losses, as our products are for personal use.

8. Discount codes

Student and hardship discount codes are personal to you and cannot be shared, exchanged for cash or applied to past orders.

9. Complaints and law

If you have a problem, email hello@yathprem.com and we will reply within 5 working days. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts.
