Privacy Notice

This notice explains how Prema Ventures Ltd ("we", "us"), which runs HealthTech Guide, uses your personal data when you visit healthtech.guide, buy from us, book a call or contact us.
Who we are
Prema Ventures Ltd is the data controller. Contact Yath Prem at hello@yathprem.com about anything in this notice. Our company details are at the end of our Terms of Sale.
What we collect and why

We never receive or store your full card details. Payments are handled by Payhip and Stripe.
If you choose to tell us about your health (for example, burnout or time off sick) during a call or in an email, we only use it to tailor our support to you, with your consent, and delete it with your call notes. Please only share what you are comfortable with.
Who we share it with
- Payhip (our checkout and delivery platform) and Stripe (payments). They use your data under their own privacy policies.
- Service providers who help us run the business: Netlify (website hosting), Google Calendar (call booking), Google Meet (video calls), and our email, storage and accounting providers.
- Our accountant, and HMRC or others where the law requires.
Some providers are based outside the UK, including in the US. Where this happens, we rely on the UK's adequacy regulations or approved contract terms to protect your data.
We do not sell your data or share it with anyone for their own marketing.
How long we keep it
- Sales records: 6 years, for tax purposes.
- Call notes and documents you send us: 12 months after your call.
- Discount evidence: deleted within 30 days.
- General emails: 2 years.
- Mailing list: until you unsubscribe.
Cookies
Our website only uses cookies that are strictly necessary for it to work. We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies.
Your rights
You can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, or move it to another provider. You can withdraw consent or unsubscribe from emails at any time.

Complaints
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, please email us first. We will acknowledge your complaint within 30 days, look into it and tell you the outcome.

We will update this page if anything changes. The date at the top shows when it was last updated.
